Job Title - Sales Engineer ( HVAC)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer (HVAC) to join our growing team. The role focuses on managing sales inquiries, handling tenders, addressing technical queries, generating leads, and driving overall sales growth within the HVAC solutions sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales product knowledge and technical solutions in collaboration with the Sales and Business Development teams to close deals and achieve sales goals.

Identify new business opportunities by researching, qualifying prospects, and analyzing market trends and sales leads.

Prepare and deliver sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

Lead the technical aspect of the sales process, including preparing professional presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable HVAC solutions.

Manage tender responses, ensuring accurate and comprehensive replies to functional and technical requirements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure market competitiveness.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development and Marketing, to keep sales documentation and collateral current.

Deliver high-quality pre-sales support by developing cost-effective, innovative, and reliable solutions to secure tenders and achieve high customer satisfaction.

Conduct product training and technical presentations for clients as needed.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the companys overall business growth.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the construction or HVAC industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
