1 Market Development & Hunting
Identify, approach, and win new MRO customers and applications within assigned
territory and sectors.
Proactively develop sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
Penetrate key industries and industrial zones with a structured sector-based approach.
2 Key Account Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels
(technical, commercial, and management).
Understand customer operations, processes, and pain points to develop tailored
solutions.
Increase share-of-wallet by positioning Schaeffler as a trusted solution partner.
3 Distributor Management & Collaboration
Develop, manage, and control distributor network to align with Schaeffler’s sector
strategy.
Drive joint activities with distributors to expand market coverage and improve
performance.Ensure distributors actively support business development and customer engagement.
4 Technical Sales & Value Selling
Provide technical consultation on bearing applications and industrial solutions.
Promote value-based selling concepts such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and
reliability improvement.
Organize and conduct technical seminars, product presentations, and customer training
sessions.
5 Market Intelligence & Planning
Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Develop sales forecast and support budgeting process.
Provide inputs for pricing strategy and business planning.
6 Sales Execution & Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely updates in Salesforce and maintain high-quality pipeline data.
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure pipeline coverage is sufficient.
Manage receivables and ensure overdue levels are within company targets.
Comply with Schaeffler’s Code of Conduct and all internal policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in MRO or rotating
equipment.
Proven track record in developing new business and closing deals (hunter profile).
Strong sales, negotiation, and key account management skills.
Customer-oriented with strong business and commercial acumen.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Result-driven with strong ownership and accountabilityProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
High resilience and ability to work under pressure.
Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop technical knowledge
