Accountabilities:

• Deliver high-quality pre-sales technical support and sales engineering expertise throughout the customer journey.
• Partner closely with sales teams to understand customer business and technical requirements and position tailored cybersecurity solutions effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities for both technical and executive audiences.
• Support sales methodology execution and ensure effective use of CRM systems and internal operational processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with customer expectations.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers by providing guidance on cloud security, automation, and security operations best practices.
• Participate in conferences, seminars, and industry events as a cybersecurity thought leader and brand representative.
• Contribute feedback to product management teams regarding customer requirements, product enhancements, and market trends.
• Support achievement of quarterly and annual sales objectives by driving technical validation and customer confidence during sales cycles.
• Maintain accountability for internal systems, reporting accuracy, and effective cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced growth environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within SaaS cybersecurity environments.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Cloud Security, Email Security, or related security operations platforms.
• Fluency in both French and English is required; Spanish language skills are considered a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with major public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Practical scripting or programming knowledge using tools such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or APIs.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, technical discovery processes, and pre-sales best practices.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Experience working with large enterprise or Fortune 1000 organizations is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and customer focus.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-growth remote environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer meetings, events, and industry engagements.
