
The Account Development Manager (ADM) is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding business opportunities within assigned territories or customer segments for tightening and Welding technology. This role focuses on building strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their automation needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with the company’s products and services portfolio. The ADM serves as a bridge between customers, engineering, and internal sales teams to ensure sustainable growth in revenue and market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Assembly Industry and accounts.
Expand sales of Joining Solutions products and solutions in both existing and new customer accounts.
Prepare and implement account development plans in alignment with company objectives.
Work closely with application engineers and technical teams to deliver value-added proposals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Provide market feedback to product management and leadership.
Technical knowledge about tightening and spot welding theory.
Knowledge of Assembly productions line.
Technical knowledge of electric and mechanical aggregates to complete a tightening or a spot welding projects.
Technical knowledge of the most important industrial protocols to transfer information from control units to customer data base.
Knowledge for PLC and most important field buses.
