Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Meeting sales and margin target within the accounts/product lines through various initiatives:
• Handling product/technical/project/price inquiries from oversea customers, including water/air cooled chillers, FCU and AHUs units;
• Providing assistance to customer service staff for order handling and on-time delivery;
• Liaising with selling company to track the projects for win & loss analysis, support to increase the project success rate;
• Working out pricing strategy according to market competition;
• Providing 3-month rolling forecast to factory and driving to meet book/sales target;
• Working with overseas sales team to define export business opportunity and initiating action plan and follow up to ensure sales growth;
• Coordinating product & selling tools training to overseas customers;
• Handling customer reception for factory visit & witness testing;

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC industry, engineering, sales or product support role is preferred;
• Familiar with HVAC product and system, especially on centrifugal/screw chillers and water cooled chiller plant systems;
• Strong communication skill;
• Proficient in English (oral and written) is a must, Japanese language also preferred.
• Bachelor degree or above;
