As a Sales Engineer you will report to the Sales Team Leader in our Sales organization based in Zdiby (close to Prague) for a permanent contract.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving project business development and expanding the presence of Hager solutions across Czechia and Slovakia

Your responsibilities

• Drive project sales growth for Hager in Czechia and Slovakia
• Build, develop, and maintain a strong project pipeline, tracked via CRM in line with defined target
• Analyze local markets and identify project opportunities across residential, hospitality, and commercial segment
• Engage with key influencers (owners, developers, end users) and specifiers (consultants, architects, designers) to promote and secure project specification
• Achieve defined business growth target
• Coordinate project execution with authorized distributors and ensure successful project closur
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and joint sales activitie
• Manage and resolve potential channel conflicts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholder
• Monitor and evaluate competitor activities in the local market

Your profile

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls) or a comparable qualificatio
• Relevant experience in business development, key account management, or marketing, ideally within the industr
• Proven track record in sales or project busines
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearl
• Experience working in multicultural and multilingual environment
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in virtual and distributed team
• Willingness to travel as require
• Based in Zdiby, Czechia citizenship required
