As our new Sales Engineer, Commercial Building Service Division, Singapore, you will be driving sales and technical support for pump systems across plumbing, sanitary, and HVAC applications in Singapore's commercial building sector, managing the full project lifecycle from specification to maintenance. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Commercial Building Services (CBS) team, you'll create impact by building trusted partnerships with M&E consultants, developers, and end-users to deliver reliable, energy-efficient pump solutions for Singapore's commercial infrastructure.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow sales opportunities, positioning Grundfos pump systems and solutions in Singapore’s commercial building sector across plumbing, sanitary, wastewater and HVAC applications
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, influencing design specifications and securing inclusion in tender documents.
• Engage and build relationships with M&E consultants, developers, and major contractors to deliver value-based solutions.
• Provide technical and commercial support during design and pre-tender stages, ensuring proposals meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quotations, technical validation, and smooth post-sales handover.

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a technically strong sales professional with hands-on knowledge of commercial pump systems, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage projects from tender to DLP completion. We would also imagine that you have:

• Diploma or Degree in a Science-based discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering) or similar
• 3+ years’ experience in M&E project sales for commercial building applications.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with commercial negotiation to win projects and influence specification decisions.
• Experience engaging consultants, contractors, and local authorities (e.g., PUB, BCA) in Singapore’s building services industry.
• Solid understanding of plumbing, sanitary, and HVAC pump system design including flow rate and head loss calculations

It is a plus if you also possess:

• Familiarity with Grundfos or similar pump product ranges
• Experience with BCA or PUB submission processes in Singapore
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or pump selection software
