What You Will Do
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Utilize Jira for project management and tracking of customer requirements.
- Implement CI/CD practices to streamline deployment processes and enhance product delivery.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and ensure successful integration of solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and technical documentation.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 6+ years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role.
- Proficiency in Git, Jira, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as TypeScript and Python.
- Experience working with AI technologies and enterprise software solutions.
Preferred
- Familiarity with OpenAI technologies and their applications in software development.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
