Your Mission as a Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, your core mission is to deliver optimized ESP system solutions aligned with client specifications, ensuring the highest standards of application, safety, and operational excellence. You will act as a key liaison between the client and internal teams to drive performance, ensure quality service delivery, and maintain seamless communication throughout the ESP lifecycle.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Sales Engineer

  • Monitor and manage monthly maintenance invoicing and installation reports.

  • Provide weekly and monthly ESP performance and dashboard reports to clients.

  • Track consumption levels of ESP spare parts to prevent shortages.

  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of actual vs. system inventory.

  • Conduct regular client visits to gather ESP application requirements and align internal resources.

  • Monitor daily ESP and well performance; analyze monthly well data for efficiency tracking.

  • Address and resolve HSE non-conformities promptly.

  • Communicate safety concerns and preventative recommendations to clients.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Sales Engineer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering.

  • 4–8 years of hands-on experience in ESP oilfield rig and maintenance operations.

  • Strong background in ESP application, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning.

  • Solid experience in client relationship management and upstream oil and gas processes.

  • Proficiency in technical reporting and data analysis.

  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

  • Strong PC literacy and fluent English communication.
