Sales Engineer - Structural Solutions

What Makes This Role Great

In this pivotal position, you will go beyond standard software demonstrations to architect comprehensive, long-term technical roadmaps for landmark projects. Acting as a primary technical expert, you will lead strategic pilot programs with major industry players and drive market expansion into new construction and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Compelling Presales Demos: Prepare and present persuasive product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions for Tekla Structures, Tekla PowerFab, and Trimble Connect.
• Design Client Roadmaps: Partner closely with prospective clients to identify critical business pain points and design customized implementation roadmaps.
• Lead Strategic Pilots: Drive high-profile pilot projects to position our advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions effectively.
• Drive Account Growth: Collaborate proactively with the sales team to uncover and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Domain Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of structural analysis, design principles, and industry workflows.
• Experience: Proven track record in technical presales, solution engineering, or software project implementation.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with architectural design software or advanced structural detailing tools.
• Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical features into tangible business value for customers.
• Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in Korean, with business-level English communication skills highly preferred.

• Travel Requirement: Up to 50%
