About this Position
This role drives sales growth and
customer partnerships within the footwear manufacturing industry by executing
sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new business
opportunities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the position
supports product implementation, customer engagement, and commercial excellence
while achieving sales, profitability, and sustainability objectives. The role
also leverages market insights, CRM tools, and data analytics to strengthen
customer relationships, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver long-term
business growth.
What you´ll do
- Execute sales strategies and business plans aligned with the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and sustainability objectives to maintain existing accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and acquire new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement tailored account action plans based on customer roadmaps to foster customer loyalty and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Achieve sales and distribution targets, including KPI, OSG, PC%, and GP% objectives, within the assigned territory or key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by driving customer-centric initiatives and proactively incorporating customer feedback into business activities.
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and the broader Sales team to align on customer priorities, account strategies, market activities, and pricing positioning.
- Partner with Technical Customer Service teams to support product trials, address technical inquiries, and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular field visits, market assessments, jobsite inspections, and retail/store audits to monitor product implementation, promotional activities, inventory levels, and identify business opportunities or gaps.
- Coordinate with Technical Advisors to ensure effective delivery of training and education programs while measuring their impact on sales performance and customer engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end order process, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks related to reporting, contract management, and customer documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and overdue payments, implement order holds when necessary, and leverage CRM systems, data analytics, and automation tools to drive sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
