We are looking for a motivated Application Engineer to join our international team serving the global paper industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer interaction in a multinational environment.
You will work closely with customers, sales teams, project managers, and engineering specialists to develop technical solutions that improve paper machine performance and create long-term value for our clients worldwide.

Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical proposals and application solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend the most suitable engineering solutions.
• Support the sales organization with technical expertise throughout the sales process.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, service, and R&D teams to ensure technically sound and competitive proposals.
• Prepare technical documentation, cost estimations, and project specifications.
• Visit customer sites internationally to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor solutions to continuously enhance our offerings.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Process, or related Engineering.
• Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in combining engineering with customer-oriented and commercial activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluent English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
