Senior Sales Engineer – Public Sector & Hospitals (Belgium)

What will you do?

• Use your technical background to translate complex customer questions into innovative solutions.
• Help customers truly solve their challenges around data, integration, and analytics – not with one-off code, but with scalable architectures.
• Present solutions, deliver workshops, and support proof-of-concepts.
• Work closely with customers as well as internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development.
• Stay close to the technology, without having to program full-time.

What do you bring?

• 5+ years of experience in software development, data platforms, or system integration.
• Strong interest in advising customers and shaping technical solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and integration principles.
• Interest in architecture, high availability, and security.
• Experience in/exposure to AI tools, and ability to leverage these professionally.
• Fluent communication in Dutch and additionally in French or English
