The opportunity
As a Sales Engineer at Hitachi Energy you will be a key resource in sales of transformers to customers several segments such as industry, data center, oil and gas, grid operators and power producers.
How you'll make an impact
Work with global sales teams to deliver tailored transformer solutions.
Prepare and present tenders in response to RFPs/RFQs.
Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitors.
Represent Hitachi at industry events and build client relationships.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or solution architecture.
Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborative team player with proven problem-solving skills and customer focus.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
