Sales Engineer
Compensation: Base salary of $75,000 plus uncapped commission. Expected annual earnings of $150,000 - $200,000+

As a Sales Engineer, you'll help customers identify operational inefficiencies and design automation solutions that improve productivity, optimize space utilization, and reduce reliance on manual labor. Working across advanced technologies including ASRS and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), you'll combine operational insight, technical expertise, and consultative problem-solving to help customers transform the way work gets done inside their warehouses and distribution centers.

Reporting to the Division Sales Manager, the Sales Engineer’s primary responsibility is to generate revenue and gross profit through the sale of goods to person based automated material handling systemsThey will collaborate with the Engineering group to design and implement systems that address our customers’ needs around space, labor and productivity. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to influence key decision-makers at the executive level. Solution responsibilities include tote based ASRS systems, and autonomous mobile robots (AMR’s).Additional solutions may be added as business conditions warrant.
