Job Description

• Direct Sales of Replacement HVAC Heat Exchangers within KSA
• Identifying, marketing and adding new accounts from below mentioned target audience
  a) Property Managements, Government Entities, Real-estate companies & End users
  b) FM, HVAC Maintenance & Service Contractors.
  c) OEM’s & Banks
  d) Hotels & Malls
• Generating enquiries for anticorrosive coating from the following target audience
  a) OEM’s & MEP contractors
  b) Project Consultants and Clients
• Travel & meet customers within KSA 
• Branding & Market Penetration
• Relationship Marketing, Key Account Management & Business Development
• Generating enquires and issuance of quotations for heat exchangers and anticorrosive coating
• Making technical presentation and convincing customers that our products meet their needs 
• Meeting regularly with the respective accounts that are assigned to by the management
• Price negotiation and ensuring the receipt of the order and 
• Achieving monthly sales target
• Coordinating with production department for timely delivery of the material on site
• Payment follow-ups & debtors collection
• Preparing weekly visit reports
• Collecting market feedback about the product supplied and looking into customer satisfaction and complaints
