- Plans, organizes and implements sales activity for ZEISS within IQS Department.
- Lead sales team and manage the daily sales activity.
- Responsible for achieving the sales objectives.
- Coordinate and support to functional department for market forecast, sales plan and relevant paper work.
- Customer-oriented, good ability to influence, good sense of responsibility and team work spirit
Main Tasks
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Development sales strategy in definedspecific customer groups and industrial segments together with Head of Industrial microscopy of China.
- Maintain and develop necessary network with customers from definedspecific customer groups and industrial segments.
- Cooperate and support for Region sales organization, global KAM and relevant central department, take the leadership for industrial microscopy business about definedspecific customer groups and industrial segments in China, work towards same sales target.
- Coordinate and support to functional department for market forecast, sales plan and relevant paper work.
- Coordinate budgets, forecasts and reports on products and pricing trends
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor or above degree in material science, optical preferred
Experience
- Minimum 1 years of experience selling in a manufacturing / technological environment .
- Knowledge in microscopy is preferred.
- Experience with distributor channel management is a plus.
Other skills
- Fluent level of English will be considered as a strong asset.
- Availability to travel on a frequent basis (up to 50% of time) within assigned territory
- Good internal-communication ability
- Good Presentation skill
- Willing to business trip frequently
