Job Description

*Remote within the Eastern U.S.

Responsibilities:

Partner with customers and distributors to understand application requirements and recommend technical solutions
Design custom solutions using engineering and design tools
Provide product support, training, and guidance on best practices for design and assembly
Prepare quotes, manage project opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Develop and grow strategic partner relationships within an assigned territory
Manage multiple project timelines and travel to support customers and partners as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Automation or a related field
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
Experience in application engineering, technical sales, or solution-based selling
Ability to manage projects, prioritize competing demands, and support customer needs
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a drive to grow business and exceed goals
