What You Will Do
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions using Python and NodeJS.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the sales process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement integrations using Zapier to enhance product functionality and user engagement.
- Work closely with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of the solutions offered.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies that leverage the latest technologies in the industry.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficient in Python and NodeJS, with a solid understanding of web technologies like Next.js.
- Experience with integration tools such as Zapier to automate workflows and enhance client solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management software.
- Experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in business processes.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $125K to $175K, complemented by equity options between 0.3% and 0.7%. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company where you can make a tangible impact in the industry.
