What You Will Do
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions using Python, Snowflake, and AWS.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the implementation of AI-driven systems.
- Develop and present product demonstrations that highlight the capabilities of the platform.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and user experience.
- Create technical documentation and resources to assist clients in utilizing the platform effectively.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical support role, preferably in the AI or software development industry.
- Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in building and deploying applications.
- Familiarity with Snowflake and AWS for data management and cloud solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and convey technical concepts.
Preferred
- Experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies related to software solutions.
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
Compensation and Benefits
