About The Role

As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with 3rd-party insurance providers such as Prudential, Bupa, Cigna, etc. You will drive new business growth while maintaining excellent custodianship to existing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support & Enquiry Management:
    Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms, providing timely technical and product support to customers.

  • Account Management:
    Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  • Quotation & Proposal Support:
    Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and timely follow-ups.

  • Business Development Support:
    Assist in identifying new sales opportunities by researching market trends, engaging prospective clients, and supporting tender or project-based enquiries.

  • Sales Coordination:
    Support the external sales team by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking customer requirements and follow-ups.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Liaise with internal technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting:
    Track sales activities and performance, providing regular updates and insights to management.

  • Product Demonstration:
    Conduct virtual product demonstrations or training sessions for clients when required

Experience Required:

  • 2–4 years of experience in indoor sales, technical sales, or B2B sales support, preferably within engineering, construction, safety, or industrial sectors.

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple client enquiries and priorities effectively.

  • Proven ability to support sales activities and contribute to revenue growth in a team-based environment.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills to engage customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and sales tracking tools.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or office-based environment.

Education/Qualification

  • A diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.

  • Additional technical or sales-related training will be an advantage.
