As a Sales Capability & Effectiveness Consultant at Rexel UK, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by contributing to the development of our largest workforce—our sales teams. This role allows you to design and deliver innovative training programmes that galvanise our sales teams high performance and engagement.

In the UK we have a national UK branch network, this role will require in person delivery to our people so will provide you with the opportunity to travel for 70% of your working week.
