About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Team Lead to own and scale enablement across our GTM teams, including AEs, BDRs, and AMs.

This role is responsible for building the enablement strategy, aligning programs to revenue goals, and delivering practical initiatives that improve performance in the field. You’ll be expected to identify gaps independently, understand what’s preventing teams from winning, and turn those insights into focused, scalable programs.

The right candidate brings either strong hands-on sales experience or deep enablement expertise. You should be close to the day-to-day reality of the teams, and be able to listen to calls, identify where the value gap is, and bridge it through scalable programs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Enablement Strategy: Architect and lead the global enablement roadmap, ensuring all GTM functions (Sales, BDR, AM) are aligned with our revenue goals.
  • Insights-to-Action: Actively analyze sales cycles and customer-facing interactions to identify "what wins." Translate these field insights into actionable playbooks and coaching.
  • Performance Engineering: Design and deliver high-impact programs that measurably increase key metrics: shortening ramp-up time, improving win rates, and increasing average deal size.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure our sellers are armed with the best product knowledge and the most compelling value propositions.
  • Coaching Culture: Build a rigorous coaching framework for sales managers, empowering them to become better mentors to their teams.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Take full accountability for the effectiveness of enablement programs by constantly measuring performance data and iterating based on results.
  • Flagship Events: Orchestrate and lead our annual Sales Kickoff (SKO), setting the tone and strategy for the fiscal year.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • The "Sales DNA": A deep understanding of the sales psychology. You must be able to demonstrate how you’ve previously taken raw sales interactions and turned them into structured enablement success.
  • GTM Expertise: Mastery of the entire customer lifecycle: from Business Development to Sales and long-term Account Management.
  • Master Communicator: An engaging presenter and clear writer who can influence everyone from new hires to C-level executives.
  • Execution Power: A "productivity wizard" who can run a program end-to-end—from initial needs analysis to content creation (text, audio, video) and final measurement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LMS tools and the modern sales tech stack.
  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree.

It’s also a Plus If You

  • Have experience in the Construction industry or similar complex industrial sectors.
  • Have experience in a Sales organization focused on Enterprise or Account-Based Sales (ABS).
  • Are multilingual.
