About the Role

The Sales Enablement Specialist will act as the commercial technology and enablement engine for Chevron Lubricants in Latin America. The role combines CRM transformation, distributor channel enablement, and sales capability development to improve commercial execution across the region.

This position will support the design, deployment, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM while enabling sellers and managers to drive better pipeline management, customer engagement, and business outcomes. The role also contributes to Chevron’s broader Sales Excellence strategy by integrating sales processes, tools, analytics, and training into a scalable operating model.

Impact

This role directly enables Chevron Lubricants’ growth strategy in Latin America by improving sales productivity, strengthening distributor engagement, and accelerating CRM transformation. The tools, processes, and capabilities developed will influence pipeline performance, seller effectiveness, and overall commercial outcomes across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and continuously optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to improve seller adoption, data quality, and pipeline visibility.
  • Translate regional business requirements into CRM solutions, ensuring Latin America needs are reflected in global system design.
  • Design and scale distributor-facing digital platforms, including portals, dashboards, and content ecosystems.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, enablement content, and training programs to improve seller effectiveness.
  • Lead CRM adoption and change management, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and reinforcement strategies.
  • Embed sales methodologies into CRM workflows and field routines to drive consistent execution.
  • Partner with commercial and technical teams to design future-state workflows that reduce friction and improve decision-making.
  • Define and track key commercial KPIs, including pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and seller activity metrics.
  • Support sales operations activities such as territory design, account segmentation, and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align processes and tools with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in sales enablement, CRM administration, commercial excellence, change management, or a related function, with experience supporting technology adoption in sales organizations.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish — written and spoken — is mandatory.
  • Hybrid in Mexico City, Mexico or Bogota, Colombia with local work authorization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and written communication skills in both languages, with the ability to translate Latin America-specific business requirements, partner with implementation teams, and lead adoption communications across managers and sellers.

Relocation is not offered for this role. Only local candidates will be considered.
