Job Description
Awardco is reimagining the workplace to be more rewarding, supportive, and fun for everyone. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the employee experience industry, our mission is to help employees love what they do, love where they work, and get recognized for their efforts—especially our own employees! And as winners of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work, Best in Brightest in the Nation, and Great Place to Work, we do much more than talk the talk.
What you will do:
The Sales Enablement Specialist is an early-career builder role at the center of Awardco's Sales Enablement function. This person owns the training delivery, process documentation, and enablement operations that keep the sales org moving, informed, and executing consistently. You will work across new hire onboarding, product, process, and skills training, and the day-to-day enablement motions that reps and managers depend on to do their jobs well. This role reports to the VP of Sales Enablement and works closely with the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, RevOps, Reps, and Sales leadership. It is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is hungry, organized, and wants to build a career in enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Own new hire onboarding delivery for incoming SDRs and AEs, running structured onboarding experiences in partnership with the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager and ensuring new hires get productive faster.
- Support training delivery across the sales org for product releases, skill-based programs, and org-wide initiatives, facilitating sessions, tracking completion, and following up to reinforce what was taught.
- Partner with RevOps on operations communication and releases, turning process changes and new tool rollouts into clear, rep-facing documentation, follow-up communications, and adoption tracking.
- Own enablement operations for all-hands meetings and team-wide communications, including follow-up recaps, action item tracking, and resource distribution that keep the org aligned after big sessions and all-hands.
- Partner with a learning experience designer contractor to build and maintain a library of rep-facing process documentation, quick reference guides, and training support materials that give reps a single source of truth for how Awardco sells.
- Track training completion, engagement, and adoption signals across programs, surfacing data to the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager and VP of Sales Enablement.
- Identify gaps in enablement coverage through rep and manager feedback, field observation, and performance data, and bring recommendations to the team for how to close them.
- Leverage AI tools to scale content development, automate routine communications, and improve the efficiency of how enablement programs are built and maintained.
- Contribute to the broader Sales Enablement calendar and cross-org initiatives as the function grows, taking on expanded scope as you build credibility and capability in the role.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales development, Enablement, customer-facing, or GTM-adjacent role with demonstrated high performance and a desire to transition into enablement.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex process or product information into clear, rep-friendly language.
- Comfortable working with data and using performance metrics to understand what's working and what isn't.
- Builder mentality: able to operate without a playbook, move quickly, and figure things out in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, create content, or streamline workflows.
