As a GPXpress® Sales Enablement Specialist you will play a pivotal role in connecting GPXpress® support with Anchor sales organization. This role is designed for someone who excels at critical thinking, process discovery, and documentation, and who is passionate about driving continuous improvement in sales operational support. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in enhancing our strategic initiatives and contributing to the long-term success of our selling organization. 


What You Will Do:

·Serve as an extension to our selling partners through management of day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to account maintenance, product support, and other key functions throughout the selling cycle

·Support end users and internal stakeholders by resolving inquiries and ensuring alignment across teams

·Maintain accurate and up-to-date workload and selling support records through process documentation and account activities using CRM tools and systems

·Proactively identify and recommend process improvements, leveraging critical thinking and a discovery mindset to drive operational excellence

·Support end users and distribution partners by supporting inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring alignment across teams and processes

·Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to support sales strategy and continuous improvement


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field OR equivalent work experience 2+ years in sales support, enablement, or process improvement roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing competing deadlines, and consistently delivering project milestones on time in a dynamic business environment
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data and performance metrics to identify trends and process improvement opportunities, and developing process documentation such as workflows, process maps, or standard operating procedures
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%


What Will Put You Ahead:

  • Experience supporting B2B sales operations, customer service, or sales support functions for national accounts, wholesale customers, and/or distribution channel partners
  • Demonstrated experience participating in or leading the integration of newly acquired teams, including harmonizing sales support processes, tools, and operational workflows
  • Track record of leading process enhancement initiatives with documented business outcomes, such as reduced cycle times, improved service levels, or cost reductions
