Job Description

The Sales Enablement Marketing Manager enablessales success through contentstrategy, clear communications, and best‑in‑class enablement experiences. This role serves as the owner of the sales content ecosystem—anchored in Seismic—and as a key partner to sales andclient managementleadership.

This individual translates enterprise strategy, product and program updates, and go‑to‑market priorities into compelling, field‑ready tools that drive alignment, confidence, and action across the sales organization. The role sits within Field Marketing and partners closely with Sales Enablement, Product, Training, and Enterprise Communications.

Key Responsibilities

SeismicContentStrategy & Enablement

  • Drive fullutilizationof theoverall Seismicsales content management platformbythe salesand marketingorganization, ensuring the platform is intuitive, relevant, and aligned to howoursales teams sell.

  • Define andmaintainSeismic information architecture, navigation standards, and content taxonomy tooptimizefindability and adoption.

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales Enablementto curate, prioritize, and govern sales content across the buyer journey.

  • Lead thestrategyand maintenance of high‑impact enablement assets(playbooks, pitch decks, talk tracks, FAQs, leave‑behinds, conference hubs, etc.).

  • Monitor usage, engagement, and feedback to continuouslyoptimizecontent strategy and inform futureenablementinvestments.

Sales Communications

  • Own communication channels most relevant forsellers and client managers for bothongoingcommunicationsand ad hoc announcementsincluding leadershipannouncements,product and service updates, broker enablement,FAQsand talking points.

  • Establish newchannels of communication for sellers and client managers to help drive engagement.

  • Translatecommunicationinitiatives intobest channel recommendations

  • Ensuresales representatives and client managersare equippedand engagingwith messaging and supporting materials to confidently communicate with clients and partners.

  • Support key moments such asweekly newsletters,salesconferencesand meetings with aligned messaging and enablement.

Strategic Alignment

  • Ensure consistency across channels including Seismic, sales meetings, leadership communications, newsletters, and enablement campaigns.

  • Act as a connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Training to ensure a cohesive field experience.

  • Proactivelyidentifygaps, risks, and opportunities in sales messaging and enablement.

  • Own and execute weekly newsletter to the field with relevant, prioritized announcements from internal partners and stakeholders.

  • Work with stakeholders to build interactiveresources to support the sales journey like product demos.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with Sales Enablement, Training, Product, and Enterprise Communications to alignsales enablementand execution.

  • Build strong relationships with sales leaders and field stakeholders to understand needs and influence adoption.

  • Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired; MBA preferred.

  • Proven insalesenablement You bring 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Field Marketingor Sales Training within SaaS, Fintech, or a similarly complex B2B environment

  • Comfortable with enterprise sales You understand long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, andintegrated multi-productdeal journeys

  • Credible and clear You can stand in front of senior sellers, earn trust quickly, and turn strategy into practical execution

  • Data-minded You care about outcomes, not activity, and know how to use data to showwhat’sworking andwhat’snot

  • Strong operator You can run initiatives end-to-end, balance priorities, and keep momentum without needing constant direction

  • Tech-savvyDemonstratedexperience owning or heavily leveraging Seismic orsimilar salescontent management platforms;Comfortable working withemail service platforms andMicrosoft CopilotYou’realways looking for ways to simplify and automate

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling, and actionable messaging

  • Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering directly with cross‑functional teams– Sales Training, Product Management, etc.

Location

  • This role is Hybrid with 3 days a week in our Hudson Yards NY office.

Salary Range:

$82,770.00 - $135,975.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
