We’re looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to drive enablement strategy and execution across our North American Sales organization.

This is a high-impact role focused on improving seller performance, deal quality, and revenue outcomes. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and RevOps to identify gaps, design solutions, and scale programs that make our teams more effective at every stage of the sales cycle.

This role is focused on in-role enablement (not onboarding)—including training, coaching, sales methodology, and field readiness.

Additional Responsibilities

• Own NAMER Enablement Strategy
• Define and execute enablement priorities aligned to regional sales goals and pipeline targets
• Build & Scale Programs
• Design and deliver high-impact training programs across discovery (Command of The Message), MEDDICC, deal strategy, and executive communication
• Improve Deal Execution
• Partner with Sales Managers on deal reviews, pipeline inspection, and targeted coaching to increase win rates and deal quality
• Enable Frontline Managers
• Equip managers with the frameworks and tools they need to coach effectively and drive consistent execution
• Own Sales Content & Playbooks
• Develop and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and field resources; translate product messaging into actionable sales narratives
• Use Data to Drive Impact
• Analyze performance metrics (win rates, conversion, call quality, tool usage) to continuously improve enablement programs

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or a related GTM role in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and methodologies (e.g., Command of The Message, Challenger Sale, sales Playbooks, MEDDICC, etc.)
• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable enablement programs that impact revenue performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working closely with Sales Leadership and frontline managers
• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect enablement to business outcomes
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams
