What you'll do

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the SaaS industry and a passion for empowering sales teams to achieve their full potential.
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs that enable our international sales professionals to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales methodologies, and tools.
  • Create and maintain a repository of sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and datasheets.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing and other departments to ensure that the sales team has the most up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Implement and manage sales enablement tools (Showpad or similar) and technologies to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Track and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives on key business metrics.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms. (Showpad for example)
  • You are based in Romania with excellent English skills.
