- Use performance data and qualitative insights to identify enablement opportunities and validate impact.
- Track and influence improvements across key sales metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline quality, and productivity.
- Make commercially sound decisions about where to invest enablement effort and where to deprioritise.

Enablement Programs, Content & Systems
- Oversee the development and adoption of high-quality sales enablement assets, including:
- Pitch decks and value propositions
- Industry and competitor battlecards
- Playbooks and sales resources such as customer facing one pagers

- Embed a culture of sales excellence, continuous learning, and performance improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, training effectiveness, and knowledge retention.
- Test, iterate, and refine enablement approaches based on feedback and performance outcomes.
- Ensure enablement programs drive sustained behaviour change, not just short-term uplift.

- Oversee content governance and knowledge management, ensuring teams have access to best-in-class resources.
