The Sales Enablement Manager builds the programs, content, and AI-powered workflows that help Matillion sellers ramp faster, hit quota, and grow. This role owns enablement end to end — from onboarding through ongoing skill development — with AI embedded at every layer.

What you'll be doing:

    Programs & Content
  • Build and scale onboarding and skill-development programs (live + on demand) covering executive selling, objection handling, and deal progression using value-based and Challenger methodologies
  • Create and maintain enablement assets — battle cards, pitch decks, talk tracks, training modules — that support revenue growth and retention
  • Facilitate live training, workshops, and coaching across the sales org
  • AI-Native Enablement
  • Embed AI into content creation, program delivery, and performance measurement
  • Train sellers on AI literacy and tool adoption so the org uses AI to drive effectiveness, not just efficiency
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and build AI-driven workflows/automations across the stack (Slack, Salesforce, Gong, Claude, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Partnership & Measurement
  • Partner with GTM Ops, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and field teams to align enablement with revenue priorities
  • Define and track ramp time, quota attainment, bookings, and retention; diagnose gaps and run rapid test-and-learn cycles
  • Report on enablement ROI and program effectiveness to senior stakeholders

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in sales enablement, revenue ops, or a similar role in B2B SaaS, with measurable impact on ramp time, quota attainment, or retention
  • Track record training sellers on value-based selling, Challenger, or MEDDPICC, with demonstrable impact on win rates
  • Experience embedding AI tools into enablement workflows
  • Strong content skills — able to turn complexity into clear playbooks, decks, and scripts
  • Comfortable partnering with and influencing Director+ stakeholders across sales, marketing, and ops
  • A bias toward experimentation and iteration over perfection
At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards. Our estimated compensation range for this position is $92,000 - $115,000 but the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
