The Sales Enablement Manager will support the General Market EMEA Sales team across client communications, pipeline management, media planning, and responses to briefs.
This role offers exposure to the wider EMEA business, providing the opportunity to work with a diverse range of agencies and brands across multiple markets. For a high-performing individual, there is potential for the role to develop into a permanent position.
● Develop media plans and proposal presentations in response to client briefs.
● Support the General Market Sales team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date Salesforce pipelines.
● Assist sellers with client engagement through email communications and participation in meetings.
● Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring efficient diary management.
● Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and drive client success.
● Helping identify new business opportunities
● 1–3 years of experience in media planning, either on the client, agency, or publisher side.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
● A proactive, motivated mindset with a strong desire to learn, contribute, and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Preferred:
● Experience using Salesforce (preferred but not essential).
● Experience working within the Connected TV (CTV), streaming, video, or digital media landscape.
