What will you be doing?
The key deliverable of the Gamma Business Sales Enablement Executive is to ensure the channel sales team has the content, training, skills, and knowledge needed to support the team's goals and objectives. As such you will work with the Head of Sales Enablement to:
• Design and develop sales enablement programs to address the skills gaps and enablement needs for the channel sales organisation
• Support with activities and governance surrounding HubSpot - the management of data and associated workflows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales training providers to support the learning and development programmes
What will you be doing day to day?
Work with the Head of Sales Enablement to:
• Deliver well-run, informative and engaging sales meetings
• Develop and manage engaging content to be utilised by the sales team to assist them in promoting Gamma products and services to their channel partners
• Create and deploy playbooks to support the sales messaging, processes and best practices that drive Gamma Business results
• Work with Product and Marketing teams to collate information and collateral developed as part of product roadmap release and launch plans
• Own and deliver a range of materials used to educate the BDMs on product and programme updates
• Collate information from a variety of sources to design simple but engaging material to support BDMs channel activities
• Ensure the sales team are trained on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials
• Manage the sales enablement content library
• Determine content adoption metrics and best practices
• Support wider group activities at events such as quarterly roadshows
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have experience of co-ordinating and managing multiple streams of work independently, bring creative flair, fresh ideas and have and appetite for big-thinking and innovation.
What you’ll need:
• Exceptional written communication skills and an eye for detail and the ability to build material produced of the highest quality, striving for perfection and adopts a ‘right first time’ approach
• Great listener, articulate and able to build rapport with people at all levels
• A real team player who can support the Head of Sales Enablement and work with key stakeholders across the business
• Demonstrable ability to take ownership and manage multiple tasks of varying complexity whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• Initiative and self-motivation. The ability to take ownership of projects, issues and their resolution
• Technology literate and design savvy. Someone who embraces AI and enjoys nothing more than building a great PowerPoint presentation
• Ideally a telecommunications or technology background or clear capacity to learn

• This role requires hybrid working from our London or Newbury office 3 times per week.
