Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Act as a functional subject matter expert for key workstreams within the European Commercial Excellence Program to drive process consistency and alignment with standards.
  • Support end‑to‑end implementation activities across Sales Offices, including scope definition, local requirement capture, and ensuring agreed scope is delivered at each site.
  • Enabledata governance for sales enablement, helping ensure reliable, compliant data across the lead‑to‑order value chain and associated tools.
  • Lead or coordinate testing activities and user training to build competency and ensure new processes and tools are understood and adopted.
  • Develop and refine enablement assets such as training materials, user guides, and support procedures, including review and quality improvements.
  • Support Sales Teams and Business Units through change management—communication, adoption planning, issue resolution, and stabilization post‑go‑live.
  • Participate in business readiness assessments and go‑live preparation to reduce risk and improve user confidence and performance.
  • Represent Commercial Excellence in cross‑regional discussions, partnering with internal stakeholders and supporting audit interactions when needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Working knowledge of sales processes and business operations, with a clear understanding of customer needs and value creation.
  • Experience participating in or supporting system implementation/rollout projects as a business user or functional contributor.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, including coordinating stakeholders, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and a practical approach to resolution.
  • Comfort collaborating in remote and virtual teams , across cultures and time zones, using modern digital ways of working.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to create and deliver clear training/support content.
  • Flexibility to work adjusted hours when required by project milestones and willingness to travel as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms, Oracle environments, and/or digital sales enablement tools.
  • Experience supporting European or multi‑country rollouts, including localization considerations and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement data concepts (e.g., lead‑to‑order data flows, data quality, governance, and compliance).
  • Confidence facilitating trainings, workshops, or user testing sessions for diverse groups (virtual and in‑person).
  • Exposure to process improvement methods (e.g., standard work, continuous improvement, or structured problem solving).
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical workflows, guidance, and user‑friendly documentation.
