CEVA Logistics Turkey invites applications for the role of Sales Effectiveness Senior Specialist, based at our central office in Istanbul. This senior-level position plays a pivotal role within our Sales Excellence team, part of the Business Development Transverse division. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimising the efficiency and impact of our sales operations, directly contributing to the achievement of our strategic objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence sales performance and improve customer satisfaction across the Turkish logistics market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with sales teams and various business units to conduct thorough analysis of sales processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven strategies that enhance sales outcomes and deepen customer engagement.
• Design and implement customised sales effectiveness frameworks, encompassing tools, methodologies, and best practices that align with CEVA Logistics' global standards while addressing the unique needs of the Turkish market.
• Lead comprehensive sales performance measurement programmes by leveraging advanced analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor achievements, detect trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for effective decision-making.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional initiatives aimed at streamlining sales workflows and promoting the adoption of innovative sales enablement technologies to boost productivity and enrich customer interactions.
• Develop and deliver targeted training sessions and workshops designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and effectiveness of sales professionals, supporting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay informed on evolving industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to proactively adjust sales strategies and ensure CEVA Logistics maintains a competitive advantage in the market.
• Support organisational change management by championing new sales processes and technology adoption, fostering stakeholder alignment and ensuring smooth transitions across departments.
• Contribute to cultivating a culture of excellence in sales operations by promoting collaboration, transparency, and best practices across all teams and organisational levels.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and strategic thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in the logistics sector or related industries is essential, alongside proven expertise in sales effectiveness or sales operations. A collaborative mindset is necessary to effectively navigate and influence outcomes within a multinational corporate environment. Knowledge of the Turkish market is a significant asset, enabling effective contextualisation of global sales frameworks.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications will be considered advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in sales effectiveness, sales operations, or sales consultancy roles.
• Proficiency in sales analytics, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and advanced reporting tools to generate and interpret data supporting strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence decision-making and drive adoption of change across various organisational levels.
• Fluency in both English and Turkish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing positively to cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
