MADI International is seeking a passionate and results-driven S ales Educator – Nail Division to join our team in the UAE.
This role combines technical expertise with sales excellence, using professional product demonstrations to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and expand our presence across salons and beauty professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
* Conduct professional product demonstrations and training sessions.
* Develop and grow existing salon accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
* Introduce new brands and product lines into existing and new accounts.
* Build strong client relationships and ensure customer retention.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education, and Brand teams to execute business strategies effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
* Certified Nail Technician or relevant beauty industry professional.
* 3–7 years of hands-on technical experience combined with strong sales exposure.
* Proven ability to conduct professional demonstrations and convert them into sales.
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Commercially minded with a strong understanding of pricing, promotions, and account management.
* Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
