Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates for mid-to-senior level positions across MNCs.
• Conduct market research and mapping to understand client needs and talent pools.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Meet and exceed performance targets in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Sales Experience: Open to candidates from any sales field—automotive, real estate, financial services, retail, tech sales, etc. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (business level) and either Korean or Japanese (native or near-native).
• Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with a results-oriented culture.
