To strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales District Manager for the Paris District.

Job Description

As Sales District Manager you are the commercial face of IQSIGHT in your region. You are responsible for both expanding existing customer relationships and actively generating new business (roughly 50/50). With your commercial insight and technical affinity, you convincingly advise customers on our video security and AI solutions.

You effortlessly translate complex technology into concrete customer benefits and position IQSIGHT as a strategic partner. IQSIGHT has serious growth ambitions and you are the crucial success factor in achieving them, with a persistent hunter mentality. You are able to oversee the playing field of end users, customers, prospects and the distribution channel, and to work it in such a way that you remain successful in both the short and the long term.

What will you do?

In this varied and independent role you are, among other things, responsible for:

• Building, maintaining and expanding lasting relationships with end users, partners and prospects.
• Identifying, developing and following up commercial opportunities with both existing and new customers.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including distribution partners and international colleagues in product management, product marketing and marketing.
• Presenting, aligning and following up tailored video security and AI solutions with all parties involved.

The position is based in the Paris area, with access to the IQSIGHT facilities in Vélizy-Villacoublay. You will spend a large part of your time on the road visiting customers in your district.

Qualifications

We are looking for a results-driven professional with vision, persuasiveness and empathy. You know how to build relationships and turn commercial opportunities into results. In addition, you have:

• A completed higher-education degree (Bac+3 or equivalent) in a technical or commercial-technical field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the video security industry and knowledge of AI.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in French and English.
• Experience with IT and CRM systems in your daily work.
• A personality characterised by collegiality, resilience, eagerness to learn and decisiveness.
