We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive growth. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve brand goals and targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and coaching to drive performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance sales team performance and knowledge.
Requirements
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership positions.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking
• Strong enterprise leadership (ELS)
• Excel in cross-function communication/negotiation and key stakeholder influencing
• Experience in cross-regional sales management across different provinces
• Agile and open-minded with high compliance mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform well under pressure
