To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sales Director for the US Anord Mardix team. This role can be remote within the U.S. and will report to the Head of Sales, North America.

In this role, you will lead a team of Sales Account Managers responsible for driving growth across strategic Data Center accounts. You will define and execute regional sales strategy, expand market share, and strengthen key customer relationships while ensuring operational excellence across the commercial organization.

What a typical day looks like

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Account Managers to achieve and exceed regional revenue and profitability targets

  • Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned to corporate growth objectives within the Data Center and Critical Power markets

  • Drive both account expansion (existing customers) and new business development across targeted accounts

  • Oversee complex commercial negotiations, including pricing strategy, contract terms, and multi-year agreements

  • Maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, acting as an escalation point and trusted advisor

  • Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM (Salesforce)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, finance, and legal teams to deliver customer solutions and optimize margins

  • Drive operational discipline across accounts to maximize Operating Profit (OP) and ensure execution against key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Identify business risks and opportunities, proactively developing mitigation and growth plans

  • Establish and enforce best practices in account management, forecasting, and deal governance

  • Support strategic initiatives, including new product introductions, market expansion, and channel development

The experience we are looking to add to our team

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Typically requires 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development

  • 3+ years of leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing sales teams

  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing large, complex customer accounts

  • Strong experience in Data Center infrastructure and/or Power Distribution solutions (LV/MV switchgear, busway, PDU, etc.)

  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance growth and profitability

  • Excellent executive-level communication and relationship management skills

  • Experience working within a manufacturing or engineered solutions environment

Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote). Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the geographical location of the candidate$148,700.00 USD - $204,400.00 USD Annual
