Function: Enterprise Sales

Experience: 12–18 years

Reporting To: Regional / Global Sales Leadership

About Route Mobile

Route Mobile, part of Proximus Global, is a global provider of Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) and enterprise communication solutions. The organization helps businesses engage customers through messaging, voice, omnichannel communication, and other digital communication solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven Hunting Leader – South Asia to lead new business acquisition and accelerate enterprise revenue growth across the region.

This is a pure hunting / new-logo acquisition role, focused on identifying, engaging, and converting large enterprise customers and strategic prospects. The individual will be responsible for building a strong enterprise pipeline, developing CXO-level relationships, leading complex sales cycles, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

The successful candidate will bring a strong enterprise-sales mindset, an established network of senior decision-makers, and a proven track record of winning large and complex technology deals.

Key Responsibilities

Own the new-logo acquisition strategy for South Asia, with a primary focus on enterprise customers.

Identify and develop a target-account strategy across key industries and markets.

Build a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting, CXO networking, industry relationships, partnerships, and outbound initiatives.

Establish and maintain relationships with CXOs, business heads, digital leaders, CIOs, CMOs, CTOs and other senior decision-makers.

Understand customer business challenges and position Route Mobile / Proximus Global's communication solutions to address them.

Lead the complete enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through solutioning, commercial negotiation and closure.

Drive complex, consultative and value-based sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders.

Develop account plans and opportunity strategies for high-value prospects.

Build business cases and demonstrate measurable customer value and ROI.

Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Solutions, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Commercial, Legal and Customer Success teams to drive opportunities to closure.

Lead negotiations and ensure commercial structures are aligned with business objectives.

Maintain accurate pipeline information, opportunity stages and forecasts in the CRM.

Deliver regular pipeline and revenue updates to senior leadership.

Monitor competitor activity, market developments, customer requirements and emerging opportunities across South Asia.

Represent Route Mobile / Proximus Global at industry events, conferences, customer forums and executive meetings.

Develop strategic relationships with enterprise technology partners and ecosystem players.

Consistently achieve agreed new-logo, bookings, revenue and pipeline targets.

Your Profile

Ideal Candidate Profile

12–18 years of overall experience, with significant experience in enterprise technology sales.

Proven track record of new-logo acquisition / hunting and revenue generation.

Strong experience selling complex technology solutions to large enterprises.

Experience in CPaaS, SaaS, Telecom, Cloud, API-based platforms, MarTech, FinTech or digital transformation solutions.

Existing relationships with enterprise customers and CXO-level stakeholders across South Asia would be highly desirable.

Experience managing large, complex and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Strong understanding of consultative, solution-led and value-based selling.

Demonstrated ability to independently originate opportunities rather than relying primarily on inbound leads or existing accounts.

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication, presentation and executive stakeholder-management skills.

Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and procurement environments.

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven and matrix organization.

Willingness to travel extensively across South Asia.
