To accelerate growth across high-velocity market segments, we are hiring a Sales Director SMB & Commercial Benelux

Sitting at the same hierarchical level as our Enterprise Sales Director, this role leads and elevates our SMB & Commercial sales organisation. The role is distinct in its commercial motion, focusing on high-velocity cycles, a mixture of Install Base expansion and Net New acquisition, and campaign-driven execution. You will be responsible for instilling operating discipline, building scalable processes and sales automation, and coaching a talented team of early-career Account Executives.

Your mandate (SMB & Commercial Focus)

As Sales Director SMB & Commercial Benelux, you will:

• Own and drive the Benelux SMB & Commercial sales strategy across Install Base and Net New accounts.
• Lead, recruit, coach, and develop a team of early-career Account Executives who are high-energy and driven to succeed.
• Build and enforce a structured operating cadence, including weekly and monthly pipeline reviews, accurate forecasting, and performance management.
• Redesign and standardize sales processes, tooling, and automation to fix operational gaps and ensure consistency.
• Manage a high-velocity, structured business cycle with shorter deal lifecycles (create and close within the cycle).
• Partner closely with top-of-funnel/BDR leadership to optimize pipeline hand-off quality, volume, and lead conversion.
• Collaborate as a peer to the Sales Director Enterprise Sales Benelux and report into European sales leadership.

• Data & Detail-Driven: Continuous measurement of performance metrics, CRM discipline, and tight pipeline governance.
• Builder Mindset: Comfortable building and installing processes from scratch in a scale-up environment rather than inheriting a mature framework.
• Tactical & Cadenced Execution: Able to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-moving, campaign- and pipeline-driven environment.
• Coaching-First Leadership: Balancing quota carrier responsibilities with active hands-on development and mentorship of junior talent.

What we're looking for

• Proven leadership experience running a high-velocity, structured SMB or Commercial sales organisation in B2B SaaS.
• Background in a startup or scale-up environment with a track record of implementing sales tooling, process standardization, and automation.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, coaching, and accelerating early-career/junior sales talent.
• Strong operating discipline across forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
• Experience across both Net New acquisition and Install Base account management.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English is required.
