Our client is a renowned manufacturer of leather goods and handbags, serving prestigious global luxury fashion brands. As they continue to expand their market influence, they are seeking a Sales Director to spearhead sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

About the Role

Sales Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies that align with business goals and maximize market penetration.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key luxury fashion brands, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, exploring untapped markets and enhancing the companys footprint in the luxury segment.

Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and KPIs to assess performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales tactics and drive results.

Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional growth.

Negotiation and Closing: Oversee high-stakes negotiations with clients, securing favorable terms and conditions that benefit both parties.

Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in sales within the luxury goods or fashion industry.
  • Strong network within the luxury fashion sector, with a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for developing and inspiring teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic market environment and changing business needs.
