The Sales Director is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing profitability, and developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional, relationship-driven client experience. Through disciplined performance management, CRM utilization, and client engagement strategies, this leader ensures consistent results in a competitive luxury environment. In close partnership with the Store Director, this role oversees daily sales performance, team development, and operational execution while upholding elevated standards of luxury service and hospitality.
The Sales Director fosters a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence, ensuring every client interaction reflects company values and builds long-term trust.

QUALIFICATIONS
· 3-5+yearsofrelevantluxuryretailexperience,includingatleast oneyearsofmanagement experience.
· Priorwatch and finejewelry experienceishelpfulbutnotrequiredPriorwatchandfinejewelryexperienceishelpful but not required.
· Expertcommunication,leadership,andmanagement skills.
· Naturalnetworker,salesdrivenandresults orientated.
· Entrepreneurialmindsetwithstrongunderstandingofbusinessanalyticsand objectives.
