We have a vacancy for Sales Director, Regional Consumer Brands (RCB) that handles our fast-growing RCB segment in North America. This role is designed for a proven hunter with a passion for identifying, winning and scaling new business opportunities within the fragrance industry.
Your background combines deep fragrance industry expertise along with strong commercial instincts, a robust industry network, and the ability to uncover whitespace opportunities across personal care, home care, air care, household products, beauty and emerging consumer brands. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships from the ground up and have a track record of converting prospects into long-term strategic customers.

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $180,800-$240,000.
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
