Meaningful Work From Day One
In this role you will manage and direct the commercial organization in PUB (Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil) to drive sales and revenue growth. In addition to leading a team of 60+ employees, you will lead strategic projects to grow the business through portfolio, pricing, route to market, resource allocation, and disciplined decision making.
What You Can Expect
Lead the B-F PUB commercial team across Brazil and border markets (Paraguay, Uruguay).
Use balanced thinking and strong communication skills to engage the broader business teams to achieve goals, work together, and fulfill our collaborative and inclusive working culture.
Fully manage and own responsibility for PUB P&L, including year over year planning efforts.
Develop and implement the commercial strategy across the diverse sales channels (modern trade, local sub-distributors, on premise, e-commerce, border stores and others).
Develop strong working relationships with corresponding distributor partners at all levels, influencing key decision makers and, through effective account management, develop, implement and secure optimal performance against On and Off Premise KPI’s.
Establish the strategic direction of the region in partnership with the SCA&C Leadership Team and communicate that direction and vision to the commercial team to gain their commitment and ultimately business results.
Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors and market conditions.
Meet/exceed annual volume and market share objectives of all brands across all channels.
Build sales talent via recruitment and development of high caliber individuals.
Improve quality of strategic operating planning via in-depth ongoing analysis of market trends and identification of company’s strengths and weaknesses.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor's Degree plus 15-20 years in a senior leadership role in the FMCG or liquor industry
Proven ability to manage and lead large number of employees
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Advanced Spanish – must be able to communicate in the language
Strategic thinker with multi-brand and multi-market management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.
