Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the General Manager and department heads to develop and execute market strategies. Formulate sales strategies and plans aligned with corporate business objectives, defining sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and prioritizing strategic initiatives. Utilize fundamental sales processes with clear actions and metrics to achieve results.
  • Core Value Driver (CVD) Ownership: Be responsible for the region's primary Core Value Drivers (CVDs).
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate strategic initiatives across commercial and business functions. Manage key customer relationships and drive deals to closure.
  • Stakeholder Management: Plan and direct all internal and external relationships based on customer needs and strategic priorities.
  • Market Intelligence: Understand market dynamics and share insights with the team to drive organic growth, increase market share, and achieve year-over-year growth in operating profit.
  • Operational Excellence: Utilize the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to drive daily management and effective problem-solving within the team.
  • Team Leadership & Channel Management: Lead the team in developing and managing end-user accounts and channel partners.
  • Performance Management: Report monthly on target achievement and conduct variance analysis.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure the team executes all sales-related daily workflows, including sales funnel reviews, SFDC data entry, activity reporting, and forecasting.
  • Sales Methodology: Drive the team in adopting value-selling and solution-selling methodologies.
  • Talent Management: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the team.
  • Team Cohesion: Manage team member performance, motivate the team, and enhance sales force cohesion and execution capability.
  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance within the team.
