About the Role

In this role, you will drive commercial growth and develop a high‑performing sales organization for the Nordics. The landscape is evolving quickly, creating clear opportunities to deepen relationships with existing clients and win new ones. With Carriers advanced and competitively HVAC Solutions, you’ll have strong products and tools to support our commercial strategy and deliver results.

As a Sales Director, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate an experienced sales team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and the consistent achievement of ambitious team targets.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients in Nordics
• Fostering collaboration and drive business through different Business Units.
• Partner with MD and Management team to shape and execute a growth‑focused sales strategy for the Nordics market, contributing to Carriers broader European growth strategy.

You are a results‑driven leader with a strong track record in sales management and business development, capable of inspiring your team to exceed ambitious goals while delivering top performance. You bring a deep understanding of the HVAC Market.

You bring

• Proven experience leading and managing high‑performing sales teams, driving results through structured sales methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate while maintaining a customer‑focused approach.
• Strong track record in solution selling
• Demonstrated experience running pipeline and deal reviews, understanding conversion ratios and key sales metrics, and knowing what it takes to craft winning proposals, lead contract negotiations, and close deals.
• Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset, able to balance long‑term growth initiatives with short‑term business opportunities.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

Our offer

Annual salary range: The annual salary salary for this position is between 936.500 and 1.873.500 sek.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
