About Client

Our client is a leading service brand in global emerging markets, providing service for communications equipment, home appliances, consumer electronics, new energy, IT services and supply chains. They are also the official after-sales service brand for several mobile phone brands providing professional repair and maintenance service for other brands covering mobile phones, computers, tablets, appliances, lighting devices, smart living, new energy, and supply chain. The business covers countries in Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, South Asia and Latin America. It has more than 2,300 service centers and provides more than 20 million online and offline services to consumers annually.

• Complete the sales target and shipment target issued by the company, increase the market share of the brand, and do a good job in customer communication and coordination;
• MD management, find the right MD in each region, promote the improvement of sales in the local area, and do a good job in the market management of MD's monthly delivery, inventory, coverage, and main promotion models;
• Team management, build a good sales team, including RM team, sales team, and other management positions that need to be added with the growth of business scale, do a good job in team target management, training and training, daily work follow-up, motivation and assessment;
• Product management, including new product launches, old product clearance, and the improvement of sales of medium and high-end machines;
• Responsible for the formulation, application, communication and supervision of the implementation of the company's policies; Docking with relevant domestic departments, docking project coordination, and landing work;
• Travel to overseas customer across thailand, may be 2 to 3 times in a month.

Qualification and Job Specification

• More than 5 years of sales experience in the mobile phone industry, with local customers and team resources;
• Experience in large-scale team and market management, with outstanding sales performance in the past;
• Strong execution, strong learning ability, diligent work, self-driven ability;
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, Chinese is preferred.
