About Our Client:
Our client is a logistics firm that has 30 years of domestic logistics experience and has evolved into a premier 3PL partner

Aiming to expand into new international markets across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and other emerging regions, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead global expansion through strong revenue generation, market-entry strategy, and strategic partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who understands international logistics, knows how to open new markets, and has experience closing large cross-border business deals.

The primary focus of this role is:

  • Enter new regions

  • Build partnerships

  • Win large clients

  • Drive global revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

  1. Global Expansion Strategy
    • Identify and evaluate new markets for business expansion

    • Develop go-to-market strategies for different regions

    • Create regional sales plans aligned with company growth goals

    • Establish local partnerships to accelerate entry

  2. Revenue Ownership
    • Lead global sales and expansion targets

    • Generate new business opportunities across industries

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients

    • Close high-value contracts in international markets

  3. Partnership Development
    • Build relationships with regional logistics partners, distributors, and freight networks
    • Identify collaboration opportunities to expand service coverage

    • Develop strategic alliances to strengthen market presence

  4. Team Development
    • Build and manage regional sales teams as the company expands

    • Set targets and performance goals

    • Guide local representatives in different markets

  5. Market Intelligence
    • Track market trends and customer needs

    • Identify opportunities for differentiation

    • Provide insights to leadership on expansion priorities

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain sales

  • Has worked on international business expansion

  • Can close large enterprise-level deals

  • Understands cross-border trade and logistics challenges

  • Has experience working with global clients

Other Details:

Work Mode: On-site

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Work Timings: 6 pm to 3 am (Evening to Night Shift)

Experience: 8+ years
